LCD Board of Directors
LCD Board President - Martin West
West’s career in real estate began two decades ago. As president of Milestone Realty Services, Inc., a SEC registered investment advisor, he plays an integral role in formulating investment strategies for clients’ real estate portfolios. Prior to forming Milestone, West was senior vice president of Acquest Realty Advisors. His expertise in the real estate industry continues to be a valuable asset to Lighthouse Community Development as it continues to rejuvenate distressed communities by providing decent and affordable housing to low-to-moderate-income families.
Prior to accepting his new role as president, West served on LCD’s board for two years. In 2005 and 2006, he played a crucial volunteer role in helping LCD launch its first rental housing effort using low income housing tax credits.
