Lighthouse's priority is to meet the client where they are at and to provide the resources needed to overcome obstacles to alleviate their crisis. Our goal is to stabilize families by providing support or referring them to other local agencies. Below is a list of internal Lighthouse programs and services and other community resources for your convenience. 

Hours of Operation: 9:30am - 4:00pm
Pantry Hours of Operation: 9:30am - 3:00pm

How to Access Services: Walk-In Hours 9:30am - 3:00pm (meet with a caseworker for brief assessment)

Frequency of Services: every 30 days (pantry)

Lighthouse of Oakland County will, to the best of its ability, ensure confidentiality and privacy in regard to history, records and discussions about the people we serve. The very fact that an individual is served by Lighthouse of Oakland County (LOC) must be kept private and confidential; disclosure can be made only under specified conditions, for reasons relating to law enforcement and fulfillment of our mission. This means that staff shall not disclose any information about a person including the fat that the person is or is not served by LOC to anyone outside of this organization unless authorized by the Chief Executive Officer or other authorized personnel. The principle of confidentiality will be maintained in all programs, departments, functions, and activities.
